SnapAV is a manufacturer and exclusive distributor of high-quality products designed for and by audio / video installation professionals. The company has distribution centers in North Carolina, Texas, and California and directly serves the continental US, with international distribution partners in Canada, Latin America, Australia, Russia, Ireland, and China. SnapAV has been named to the prestigious INC 500/5000 List, which ranks the fastest growing privately-held companies in the US, for four years running
Red Wing Shoes
Prior to joining SnapAV, Joe served as Chief Information Officer of Red Wing Shoe Company, a privately held, U.S. based global manufacturer of performance footwear and garments. As a valued member of the executive management team Joe contributes seasoned, broad-based perspectives and pragmatic, cost-effective IT strategies and solutions. Joe drove a multi-million dollar multi-channel commerce initiative that transformed the Red Wing Shoe Company go-to-market strategy in all worldwide markets.
McGladrey
Prior to joining Red Wing Shoe Company, Joe was CIO of RSM McGladrey, the fifth largest accounting firm in the U.S. Joe was responsible for the firm’s IT strategy and operations. He served on the firm’s Senior Leadership Team and led numerous strategic initiatives including the introduction of new platforms for the firm’s audit and tax practices, implementing the firm’s first IT Governance Business Process, and led the technology integration of newly acquired American Express Tax and Business Services.
Bank of New York
Joe also served as Chief Information Officer for BNY Clearing Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Bank of New York. His accomplishments include establishing the information technology function for BNY Clearing Services by creating business-oriented solutions for internal and external customers. He also developed and implemented an e-commerce strategy and implemented one of the first Web-based brokerage workstations in the industry.
FIS (Formerly Metavante)
Joe began his IT career at Metavante, Inc. (now FIS), a major financial services and software provider headquartered in Milwaukee. As a Business Unit Manager, Joe was responsible for developing software solutions for commercial banks. His accomplishments included the creation of leading Account Analysis, Profitability Systems, and Customer Relationship Management Systems which were market leaders in their category. Prior to this role, Joe was a software engineer where he was known for his creativity and ability to solve complex problems.
